CHRIST’S REVELATION OF RETURN TO THE FATHER IN HEAVEN

CHRIST'S REVELATION OF RETURN TO THE FATHER IN HEAVEN
My savior Jesus is coming back again

  Psalms 2:4; 73:25; 123:1; Ecclesiastics 5:2; Jeremiah 23:24, 25; Matthews 6:9; Acts 7:49, 55, 56; 2Corinthians 5:1, 2,6,8; 12:1-4; Philippians 3:20, Heb8:1; 12:22,23; 1Jn5:7

God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are all eternal. Jesus Christ was forever present in Heaven before He came down to earth. Heaven is the dwelling place of God, the abode of the holy angels and the final destination of every departed saint who has died and will be eventually raptured. There should be no doubt in your heart that there’s a place called Heaven – where Abraham, Isaac and Jacob have gone, where the prophets and both Old and New Testament saints are and will forever be. Our citizenship and identification is in Heaven. Christ was revealing His departure into Heaven and the saints’ preparation for it. You cannot dwell in the world forever; you want to go to Heaven.
POINT 1: THE DEPARTURE OF THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON TO HEAVEN

John 1:18, John 3:16; Psalm 2:6; John 17:1,5; Jn17:13; Jn13:5,3,1; 16:7.; Jn20:1-17; Acts1:9-11; Jn17:4; Mk16:19; Lk24:50,51; Heb1:3; 4:14; 9:24; 1Pet3:22.

Jesus is referred to as the only begotten Son. Christ had been in existence before the beginning and creation of the world. He knew the time had arrived for the only begotten Son to reunite with the Father, and what a glorious reunion that would be This actually wasn’t the first time He’d foretold it To start with, He died for our sins and rose from the dead. Thank God Jesus went to Heaven to prepare a place for you and me.

The Father had sent Him:

*To reveal the saving truth

* To seek and to save the lost world
* To sacrifice and pay the price for our redemption

* To bring men to glory
* To convey the love of God to humanity

* To grant us salvation as we repent
* To raise up ambassadors that will continue the work He had begun

POINT 2: THE DESTINY OF OBEDIENT SONS IN HEAVEN

 John 17:24; 12:23-26; 14:1-3, 13, 24, 28; 1Peter 1:2-5, 14. Philippians 2:2-16; Hebrews 5:9; 1John 3:1-3; Revelation 22:14, 15;

Our destiny is in Heaven. What a wonderful day it will be, to be where He is also. Your life and ministry will be fruitful. Many false teachers go from door to door saying the world will be forever, but the Word of God is unmistakably clear – there is a Heaven for the redeemed saints. He’s gone to prepare a place for us. There’s an assurance of Heavenly inheritance when you genuinely repent of your sins and you get born again. At salvation, we have a glimpse of Heaven, and when He shall appear, we shall be like Him. Therefore, we must be Godly and Christ like until the day of Rapture

                             Born again Believers:

♣ Abide in the Truth

♣  Live in the Truth
♣  Obey the Truth

♣ Delight in the Truth
♣ Spread the Truth

♣ Defend the Truth

 ♣ Holding forth the Truth

If your salvation is real then the light of salvation will flow without any friction

Nominal believers and church goers:

● Disobey the Truth                                                                                           ● Deny the Truth

● Disregard the Truth

● Despise the Truth
● Depart from the Truth

● Diminish the Truth
● Disallow the Truth

If disobedience was allowed in Heaven, Heaven will be as corrupt and rotten as the earth. Therefore, implicit obedience is required of us

POINT 3: THE DEDICATION OF OVERCOMING SAINTS FOR HEAVEN

John 17:11-24; John 3:3,5,6; Psalms 24:3,4; 15:1-5; Romans 6:11-14,16-18; 12:17-21; Ephesians 5:1-3,7,25-27; 2Pet3:9-14,18; 1John 2:14; 4:1-4

Why do we dedicate ourselves to the Lord? It’s because it takes devotion and dedication and consecration to get there. Jesus Christ has given us what it takes to get to Heaven; to be born again Troubles and trials may come our way, but they will soon pass because we’re getting ready for Heaven. Being saved, we are HEAVEN minded. You must overcome evil and the bad things of the society and do that which is right

If you’re yet to repent, tonight is your night:

⓿ There is a permanent difference between saints and sinners.

⓿ Sinners are overcome by sin and worldliness but saints overcome all that
⓿ Saints overcome sinfulness and sensuality
⓿ Saints overcome saints and hostility, defilement and derailment, pollution and perversion.
⓿ Saints go to Heaven, sinners go to Hell

We overcome:
